Post licensing incubation services

As part of our licensing services, Castle Digital offers a post-licence incubation and support service - where it provides key personnel, IT systems, and payment infrastructure to the newly licensed VASP to assist it during the critical first few years.

Ongoing guidance and mentorship will be provided to your team to enable them to learn and scale effectively and appropriately, in line with both shareholder and regulator expectations.

Castle Digital will provide key personnel until the business is ready to install their own and take full operational control, at which point, based on the nature and scale of the support, Castle Digital can step away entirely or move into an ongoing consultancy role.

Castle Digital can remain as an appointed Consultant after the post-licence incubation period, providing a range of compliance, audit, governance, or financial services - based on the nature and scale of the licenceholder's requirements.
